The Moviroll MR is powered by a high quality pneumatic gear motor driven by pressurised air and injected at 6 bar. The movement of this gear motor transmits circular motion to a helical system consisting of three rubber rollers. Although the motion is transferred from the pinion suitable for the gear motor to the pinion suitable for the driven roller, when the driven roller contacts the roll, the roller is compressed by the roll weight against the driven roller, thus enabling easy and continuous handling of the roll. However, it only operates when a load is applied.
The Moviroll MR is compact and portable, useful for, for example, separating two paper rolls when they come into contact. All models are available with either a straight or a curved handle.
